Management is committed to providing the necessary human, technical, and economic resources and to supervising their correct application.
- Promoting a food safety culture based on IFS Broker, FAMI-QS, CCPAE, HALAL, COSMOS and KOSHER through training, clear definition of responsibilities, dissemination of the policy, and performance monitoring. All personnel are committed to complying with the guidelines defined in the IMS.
- Internal and external communication: PLIMON ensures that the IMS policy, objectives, and results are communicated clearly and effectively to all staff and external stakeholders, fostering transparency and trust.
- Establishing food fraud prevention protocols and Food Defense strategies to protect the supply chain from the intentional introduction of non-conforming products or agents that could cause economic harm or compromise safety.
- Halal and Kosher Products: Ensuring purity and compliance with HALAL and KOSHER standards, guaranteeing transparency, accountability, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Sustainability and circular economy: Meeting environmental and sustainability requirements through the COSMOS standard, ISO 14001, and the integration of environmental and social best practices, while promoting circular economy principles and environmental awareness across all processes.
- Awareness and training: Developing awareness and continuous training programs to ensure that all personnel understand their responsibilities and act in accordance with quality, food safety and environmental principles.
- Management support: The IMS Manual, documented procedures, and work instructions have been developed under the direction of Management, which ensures the necessary resources and supervises compliance with the policy by all personnel.
The final responsibility for compliance with the Policy lies with Management, which guarantees the human, technical and economic resources necessary to apply it.
